What is registration for?

You can view the pages of the online shop without registering, and you can even buy without creating a customer account. Registration is a convenience feature to save your order details, so the next time you place an order, you don't need to re-enter your basic details, they will be saved in your customer account.

How can I register?

You can start right away, but you can also do it while you shop. In the former case, click on My Account in the top right-hand corner and select the option to register. Here you only need to enter your basic details first, your purchase details will be saved later. If you already have a basket full of super Sara Beauty Spa products and you want to register, click on the Sign in button on the basket page and then select Create new user.

How can I access the site?

If you're already a registered customer, you can place an order quickly and easily by simply logging in to the Login option in the My Account menu.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by entering your email address, clicking Login in the My Account menu, and then selecting the Password reminder option.

How can I change my registration details, password, delivery address?

After logging in to your account, click on Profile details in the My account menu and change the details you want. When you're done changing your details, don't forget to save your settings at the bottom of the page.

Where can I view my order details?

This feature is only available to registered customers by selecting the Orders option in the My Account menu in the webshop. Of course, we will send you an automatic email for each order, where you will also have the possibility to review the order.

What happens to my data?

The data you provide during registration and purchase will be treated confidentially and will only be used to complete your order. You can read more about our privacy policy by clicking here.

Can I buy in person?

Most of the products in our webshop can be found in three Perfect Nails Shops in Budapest, in Mester Street, on the 1st floor of ETELE Plaza and on the Westend subway level. We recommend you to order online, choose the shop where you would prefer to pick up your parcel, our colleagues will assemble it for you and send you a notification within a short time. If you prefer to browse our range of masseur-manicure-pedicure products in person, you are also welcome: our expert colleagues will be happy to help you choose.

How can I place an order in the online shop?

- Add the product you want to buy to your shopping cart using the Add to Cart button. You can do this by browsing the category page, but also on the product details page.
- You can check the products you have added to your basket by clicking on the Add to basket option in the top right-hand corner. If necessary, you can modify its contents. You can delete products by clicking on the red "x" button in the cart preview, and change the quantity by clicking on the "+" or "-" button in the "View Cart" button. You can also view the Cart page when you add products to your cart.
- You can continue shopping on the Shopping Cart page by clicking on the Go to Checkout button.
- On the Checkout page you have the option to Log In or Register, in both cases you need to click on the Log In button and select the option you want. You do not need to register or log in to make a purchase, after entering the required information you can select the delivery method, payment method and add a comment to your order. Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the robot checkbox, you can finalise your order by clicking on the Order button.

Why can't I order certain products?

We always aim to have a full range of products available, but it is very rare that we run out of a product. We try to replenish it quickly and make it available again in the online store, but in such cases you may see the information "Out of stock" on the product data page or it may not be possible to add the product to your shopping cart. In this case, please check the "I would like to be notified when the product is available again" box on the product page.

What is included in the purchase price?

The prices indicated in the webshop are always gross prices, include VAT, but not the delivery costs. There are no packaging costs.

Can I only place an order in the online shop?

Yes, at the moment we can only accept orders placed online in our online shop. If you prefer to shop in person, you can also visit our Budapest stores.

How do I get confirmation of my order?

After placing your order, we will send you an automatic notification almost immediately, where you can review the details and the products you have ordered. Once you have received the notification, you can be sure that we will start processing your order shortly and will send you a new email to let you know the status of your order. If you have not received our automatic confirmation within 2 hours, please contact our Customer Service.

I placed the order incorrectly, what should I do?

If you have found an error in your details, or if you have ordered the wrong products, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to report the problem.

When will the courier come?

We will notify you of dispatch, after which the courier is expected to arrive at the address you provided the next working day. The GLS or MPL courier service will send you more information about delivery information.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, but during special promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday) it can be extended by 2-3 working days. If you are picking up your order in person, our stores will probably assemble your order and notify you within 1-2 working days.

How can I pay for my order?

You can also pay by courier service online by credit card, by instant transfer, in cash or by credit card on receipt.

For deliveries to a parcel point, only online payment by credit card is possible, cash on delivery payment is available for home delivery.

In order to ensure that the delivery of parcels ordered by cash on delivery payment method is as efficient as possible, Perfect Nails Ltd reserves the right to determine the payment method. Perfect Nails Ltd cooperates with the Cash on Delivery Controller Ltd in determining the available payment methods. For further details please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

How secure is online payment?
